After about a one hour bus ride from the ship’s pier you will arrive to the archaeological site of Muyil, located in the “Siankaan” region. “Siankaan” is a Maya word which translates in English as “where the sky is born”, a biosphere reserve declared by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
